❤ SPONSORED ❤ O.S.T Vitamin C20 Serum Review

wishtrend

Hello again guys! It's July already, and it's time for another review. I'm pretty sure by now some of you have already heard good things about this product I'm going to review. It's O.S.T Vitamin C20 Serum, sent to me by Wishtrend for review purposes. If you read my previous post about Wishtrend and my wishlist, you knew that they carry many beauty and skincare products, and they offer worldwide shipping directly from South Korea.

Friendly note, although this product is sponsored, however all opinions and review are based on my experience and thoughts after using this product for 3 weeks, and they are solely mine as I wasn't paid or anything to write positive words about this serum. Now, onto the product. This serum is the best selling item in Singapore and the fastest effect with Vitamin C. If you follow my blog posts, you know that I have sensitive and acne prone skin. I break out every now and then. Since last month, my skin condition worsened, from bad to worse. I don't know why and how cause it was never this bad before, probably from stressing out (lol) or some food I ate recently. So by the time I received this serum, I was nearly dancing like a silly woman but then I was in the apartment elevator and I refused to behave so ridiculous in public haha. I've been using this serum for 3 weeks. I always use this product at night, after washing and cleaning my face.

I got the squished carton box from Wishtrend after 2 weeks and that really worried me cause I was scared the product would be spilled or broke.

But I was wrong cause it was bubble wrapped neatly and tightly inside the carton box. I received the item in good condition.

See the cute orange box is in one piece. I really love the orange box so much but I wish I could read Korean but I couldn't, so feel free to translate the korean on the box lol.

Production date and expiry date. It expires exactly in one year. Don't forget to always store the serum in the cool fridge.

The vial bottle comes with the pipette. There's nothing extraordinary with the glass bottle. It looks like any other chinese medicine I have at home. The pipette is wrapped in the plastic too so you know it's clean and sterile. The bottle cap is also wrapped with hard plastic seal and you need to tear it off.

The consistency is runny. It's also yellowish and smells like orange, makes me wanna lick the liquid but of course I didn't cause I know it's not orange juice even though it smells like one.

It is liquid-y so it's easy to spread on the skin. Put 2-3 drops on your face and spread all over the face, especially around the troubled area. It feels a bit sticky and thick. The first thing I notice is... it stings, like few bitten by small ants. But apparently, it's normal. It means the liquid is working. And after a while, you don't feel anything anymore, no more sting. It blends with the skin and makes a thin transparent mask. You can also apply moisturizer afterwards and go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, you can feel the vitamin serum is still on your face so wash and clean your face.

You can see at the beginning I had few acne scars and one zit, as well as some redness. After few days the my nose looked much cleaner which made me happy. The next week the zit began to fade away, but I got a brand new and bigger acne. I was panicking, but I kept using the serum every night. Then slowly it became smaller and fading, until the third week I barely see the old acne scars and only the fading soon-to-disappear ex zit remains. What I notice is my pores, though only less smaller and not fully disappeared, but they're cleaner now with less blackheads. So this serum does what it claims. I don't really see the whitening effect on my skin, but my pores tighten and no more redness, as well as calming and clearing breakouts. I know I still have to use it longer but after the third week I pause and haven't use this serum for one week now, and the scars are still healing gradually and I haven't got any breakouts so far. You know how the acne comes back once we stop using some serum/acne cream, right? Well, you don't have to worry about that with O.S.T C20 serum cause there's no side effect after you stop (or let's say forget) using it.

PROS:
-Tightens pores
-Reduces blackheads and whiteheads
-Heals redness, troubled skin and acne scars
-Softens skin
-Clears breakout
-Suits all skin types

CONS:
-Stings a bit for few seconds to a minute after application
-Only available online

VERDICT ❤❤❤❤

I must admit this is an all in one serum that I need in order to heal my troubled skin. I know 3 weeks isn't enough to completely heal the skin and scars, so if I continue using it for months, my skin will be better and healthier. And I definitely will keep using it until the last drop as it proves to be effective. I've never seen my pores feel smaller without applying pore fillers primer, and what I really like is it actually helps healing and removing my breakouts within 1-2 weeks. Usually I need 1-2 months for a zit to completely disappear from my face. So far I don't experience any side effects upon using this serum, so all is good.

Once again, thank you to Wishtrend that let me try this amazing serum I've never known and tried before. Visit their website to order and get this O.S.T Vitamin C20 serum for only $24.99.
